Do I need to have an account in order to place an order?

No, you can check-out as a guest. 

Can I pay by check or over the phone?
By phone, we only accept major credit cards and PayPal.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations or changes once sales have been finalized. However, we accept exchanges. Please take a look at our Returns page for our policy on returns and exchanges.

I would like to purchase two or more of the same piece. 
Each ATELIER & REPAIRS piece is one-of-a-kind. Therefore, only one of each item will be available. 

I can't find a piece that I saw the other day.  Is it still available?
If it isn't visible, that piece has been sold.

To where do you ship?
Currently, online orders only ship to the US (excluding Puerto Rico and other US Territories) and Canada.

When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and delivered within 7 days.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping within the US is free.

All standard shipping to overseas destinations and to Alaska and Hawaii will cost an additional $15-$50 USD depending on the weight of your order.

When can I expect to receive my order?
1 – 7 business days if your mailing address is in the continental US upon shipping.
1 - 7 business days if your mailing address is in Alaska, Hawaii upon shipping.

2 - 7 business days for all Canadian destinations upon shipping.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes. You can opt for express shipping. You will be responsible for any additional costs.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your purchases have been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

You can also register for FedEx Delivery Manager to customize delivery times, request alternate shipping address, sign for packages remotely and more. More information can be found here.

Who is responsible for payment of tariffs, duties and brokerage fees for international shipping?

You will be responsible for all duties, customs, tariffs, and brokerage fees upon delivery.
