Because our initiative is founded on the idea of reimagining what already exists, each item carries with it a story in the forms of discoloration and wear that have been reinforced to give it a second life.

We do not accept cancellations or changes once sales have been finalized. However, we do accept exchanges.*

*Because of the nature of customizations, Transformation and Made-to-Measure pieces are not currently exchangeable.

Exchanges

For any exchanges, please contact us with your order number, along with a brief reason. Our team will work with you to either issue store credit or a replacement as the exchange. A Return Authorization number and instructions will then be issued for the exchange.

Items will only be accepted if they are in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging. Only orders with Return Authorization numbers will be accepted. The return items must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was originally delivered. You will be responsible for shipping costs for the returned item.

Please ensure the item(s) are shipped through a traceable and/or insurable method, as we are not responsible for any returned packages not received. Allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your return from the date we receive your package.

With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, Return Authorization number and the items you are exchanging for. Once your return has been processed, your exchange will be completed either with store credit or a replacement item. Store credit can be redeemed through our site or Gallery & Shop, for Customizations and/or product.

Damaged / Defective / Mis-shipped Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or mis-shipped item, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for an exchange.
